Heather Felde
MSPT, CFMT

I enjoy treating the variety of diagnoses, complexities, body parts, and ages that physical therapy patients bring to the clinic, and assessing the interconnected pieces to restore function and prevent recurrence. I developed a passion for manual physical therapy and the results it provides, which led me to pursue Certification as a Functional Manual Therapist through the Institute of Physical Art.

I have an appreciation for the balance of resolving body mechanics and mobility through musculoskeletal and organ function, and complementing this with the strength and stability to properly put it to use and maintain it. I have worked with Olympic athletes, those hoping to get through a round of golf or a short run pain free, and those experiencing years of persistent symptoms, and this applies to them all.

My treatment approach is highly individualized, which is how physical therapy should be. I specialize in situations that require a deeper look and finding the missing link to get results.

I enjoy an active lifestyle and most things outdoors, with a particular experience with distance running and Crossfit. I also have a greater understanding of systemic illness and the importance of whole body components, such as visceral function and nervous system balance, to allow true and lasting recovery from chronic illness and orthopedic issues alike. My journey as a patient as well as a therapist allows me to meet you where you are and achieve your goals.
